The prices are for an occupancy for 2 persons.
Included Service:
- This price includes the cost of water and electricity
- Towels set 1 large and 1 small towel per person included
- Sheets and pillowcases included
Arrival and departure:
- Arrival day: time after arrangement from 14 o'clock
- Departure: until 11am at the latest
Payment:
- Deposit: 25% on booking
- Payment: Bank transfer / Paypal
- Final payment 1 week before arrival
- If canceled 14 days or more before arrival, the full amount will be charged
- The deposit will not be refunded if canceled
In addition:
- The final cleaning is a flat rate of 30 €
Optional:
- Washing machine use on request
- Wifi use possible via regional provider
